AD&D coverage at 5× annual base salary. Min $100K, max $1M.
Staff eligible for 40 hours of educational leave per year for professional growth opportunities.
$250 upon 3-month hire completion, plus $250 more at the 6-month milestone.
Managers evaluate based on Communication, Education, Years of Experience, Productivity, and Quality — with merit-based advancement.
Hours over 40/week qualify as overtime. ATL pays pre-approved overtime compensation.
